This painting set me on the trajectory of being a serious artist. The dreamiest deer from my subconscious, improbably yet perfectly bright pink. Gesture, emotion, it is all here, and I really don’t have the words to describe it, other than, she is everything to me.
As always, virtual images and various monitors do not do justice to the depth and vibrancy of the actual painting. All my paintings are varnished, and all sides painted (if not already framed).
